It's no longer a mistake, it's a pattern. Unfortunate, but never ordering from here again. I usually order Panera once a week as a way to treat myself. I've been a Panera customer since the dawn of my college career. I've been able to get away with this order many, /many/ times over. Panera Online's great for that sort of thing! Because who wants to listen to some Karen at the cash register talk about getting a 'Steak and Cheddar without the Cheddar'? Usually Panera's accomodating to the request. Like, I customize my order to heck, just because I'm specific (to a fault) of what. If Satan himself was a condiment, his sweat would be horseradish.Īnyways, I'm one of /those/ customers.
